So where did Easter go?! Back to the grindstone already. Jeff is off for two weeks and we've been spring cleaning together so much I cannot believe the amount of stuff we have cleared out! Feels good, sooo much has been 'Pay it Forward'.

We had a pretty quiet Easter break as Jeff was working, but we did manage a few days out. This is Branksome Chine on the Dorset border. Picked up dad and went down. So lucky with the weather and then went back to dads and Sandra made us tea :) Good day.

Might as well do a post seeing as I'm up at 3 in the morning! Made some one-minute playdough for Ella. Fab stuff, although next time I would use a little less oil as it was a bit sticky and I needed to add more flour to it. When I used to make it, it involved saucepans and gas rings! She loved it of course :)One Minute Playdough:
1/2 cup salt
1 cup flour
1 tbsp cream of tartar
1 tbsp cooking oil (some recipes said baby oil - smells nicer!)
Mix all ingredients together
Boil the kettle and add 1 cup of boiling water and food colouring.
Mix all together and have fun!

Very low key Easter as Jeff was working all weekend, but for the first time ever - those JNI girls are a bad influence :) - I decorated a little bit to celebrate. Remember the basket of flowers I got from my students at Christmas? Same basket, my first attempt at flower arranging! Not too bad I suppose. Then the fireplace, I was actually really chuffed with this by the end - but you should have seen it half-way through, not so impressive!Jeff bought me these roses, the fact that they were reduced from £15 to £4 was probably the reason, but hey, don't care, roses are roses :) All the handmade bits Ella did at school. We should also have had a decorated egg, but she peeled and ate it! LMAO Another first. My first attempt at a wreath. It's okay, but I think for next year I will probably add a few more bows and flowers to it.

So that's it, hope you all had a blessed and peaceful Easter xx

My poor baby :( She is an angel at the dentist. Her teeth are pretty cr*p, I think part of the syndrome thing. But she has a real problem with the numb feeling. The dentist says this is trauma for her lip. What do we do? She has to have the treatment. One of my friends suggested a mouth guard, which sounds like a bloody good idea - just not sure how madam will accept it. But got to be worth a try :(
