M is for

Mostly Music - Mentioned first, but listed last (this way you see you've gotta read the rest :) )
Marriage - Life took me the long way round to meet Jeff, but forever glad we got there
Maternal - knew from when I was 9 I was going to be a nursery nurse or an actress, I just feel so motherly. Actually that extends from pregnancy to whatever age someone is that I can support
Mountains - my favourite scenery. I could move to somewhere with mountains tomorrow - as long as it didn't also come with bears, snakes, etc!
Mini - cars and skirts (well, when I had the legs to get away with them)
Mono Pacific - the band Kezzy was in when we were together. No, I don't get the name either ;)
Memories - the reason I scrapbook, the crafting is just the bonus

So back to music. My taste is pretty eclectic, it's where Joshua get's his taste from, whether it's Pavorotti or Elvis. I do like the sound of bass, and really enjoyed listening to Ben playing bass guitar, shame he didn't keep it up. I've never been a groupie for 1 particular band - although I did have a special place for the Osmonds, but think that had something to do with Donny, rather than the group!A few years ago I was discussing music with Joshua and listing some of my favourites and he compiled a CD for me for my birthday. So this gives you an idea of what I like, and how mixed up it is! In no particular order - except for Tainted Love which is my all time favourite ever.

  1. I'm forever glad we met too xxx. Legs for what? The car or the skirts?

    1. The skirts of course ;) My legs are small enough to fit in a mini car!

  2. I'd like to listen to that CD. Lots of awesome songs!

Stopping by from A-Z and it's great to meet you. :)

    1. Hi, thanks for visiting. Glad you liked the songs! x

  3. Sounds like we have some pretty similar musical tastes!

    1. Hi, thanks for visiting :) I thought I was alone with my tastes in music, good to know that I'm not :) x

  4. OMG, MeatLoaf... have not listened to them in 20+ years, but remember them fondly! :)

Eric Clapton song always made me cry! Still does, actually!

    Prince... haha, well nevermind. :)

    1. Hi Bonnie, thanks for visiting :) I have to be honest and agree with you, Prince, or however he's known now wouldn't make my list of favourite artistes, but that one song, I love :) x

  5. Love most of your music choices. And I like what you said about memories and keeping scrapbooks. I love the background on your blog too!

    #atozchallenge, Kristen's blog:

    1. Hi Kirsten, thanks for visiting :) I use TCBOTB and up till recently kept changing the background, but I love this one, so think it will be staying for a while :) x

  6. I love all of the artists you listed.

    1. Hi Joyce, thanks for visiting :) Good to know I'm not alone in my music tastes, I did think I might be! x

  7. Ahhh, eclectic; that is my kind of niche! The "mixed up" array of songs seems quite natural to me! Nice!

    1. Hi Donovan, thanks for visiting :) I suppose my music is like how my brain works - all mixed up, but makes sense somehow LOL! x

  8. I love the mix, nothing like a bit of Queen followed by Kate Bush :)

    1. Hi Sarah :) Thanks for visiting ;) Will have to bring the CD's to the girly weekend and educate a few more people! x

Love to hear from you. Please leave your thoughts below. Suzanne xx
