Two Blog Challenge's

Have signed up for two blog challenges - one post every day for a month and the other following the alphabet. Hmmm, could get me into a good habit, or I could end up failing.  Anybody want to put a bet on which one? Think odds on I'll drop out! We'll see. At least April only has 30 days, so that's good hey? February would have been even better ;) Click on the pictures to find more info :)

If you're new here - Hi!! I like to waffle and share. Mostly my posts are about my family - crafts - my businesses - friends - writing - me - special needs, but on occasion I will go off on a completely different tangent :) Click on a label that interest's you and you can read all the posts I've done on that topic. Actually, not strictly true, only found labels a couple of years ago. So when I'm bored in front of the telly I update a few older posts. Warning - some of the special needs posts are searingly honest, so make for hard reading. Also, looky at all those tabs up there - have a peek and it'll tell you lots more about me :)

So, April Fools Day was one of the helpful hints for today's topic, and as I have absolutely nothing of interest to say, seems like a good idea. Plus - it's A, so two birds, one stone ;)  I do like a practical joke, and I can take them as good as dish them out. Nothing worse than the practical joker that gets all huffy when they get a taste of their own medicine.Ummm, the one when I told Joy the nursery party was fancy dress and she turned up in  a fab clowns outfit, and of course no-one else dressed up. She took it well, well I think she did, we're still talking :) The nursery staff got their own back one year by making out they were all suffering from food poisoning and wouldn't be in work. Cue major panic on my part for looking after the children. Turns out they were in the nursery gardens taking great pleasure at my frantic state.  Have been dumped in the bath when I worked in the hospital. Soaked one of the doctors with a hose on his last day, which was funny till he got hold of the hose and returned the 'favour'. And who doesn't like a good wind up? Trouble is, everyone knows me so well now, I hardly get any with it anymore. No harm in trying though, hey?

The A-Z also reminded me of a scrapbook album I did quite a few years ago, with my favourite things in - so thought, to make this post a little less boring, would add the photo of the A's :)
Adoption - Angels - Achieve - Acting - Adore -Autumn - and Antonio Banderas ;)

Short and sweet today - see you tomorrow x

  2. Hello Suzanne!

I see we are on the same "two birds, one stone" theme this month! I am taking a 30-day course and decided to share my notes (thoughts) for each day on The Science of Getting Rich.

Love the quote in your opening graphic -- good words to live by.

    Good luck on your 30-challenges!

    1. Hi Lizzy, Thanks :) I sort of wish that I did a challenge like this years ago - but possibly would have found it too much and put me off blogging. Hope that doesn't happen to you! Off to visit your blog :) x

  5. I LOVE your album page and hope you post more of them as the month goes on.

I made a family alphabet album to cover a decade of my scrapbooking laziness. I'm due for the second installment now!

    Thanks for sharing.
