    1. Hi Hilary, Pompeii was unbelievable, but there was such a feeling of sadness around it. It was August and heaving with people, but was so quiet :( x

    1. Hi Chris, I've been to Hampton Court Palace about 6 times the last few years! Being nearby we've been able to visit it for a couple of hours at a time without feeling the need to force everything into one day :) x

  3. I have always wanted to drive around to all the small towns along the old Route 66 to take a photojournalism essay of the towns and people. I love seeing different areas. I have traveled a bit in Europe and the Caribbean it is fascinating. One of my friends is working at traveling to every country in the world for her bucket list. Have fun traveling.

    1. Hi Gwynn, wow every country, that's impressive! I like to think my bucket list is fluid and might have entries added if I found out about somewhere that I would love to visit :) x

  4. I haven't seen any of these places. But that's what makes A to Z so much fun as I can "visit" these places.

    1. Lucky! I drove past them a few years back and couldn't believe how big they were - can't begin to imagine how vast they must be inside! x

  6. Having a picnic in the park is an easy thing to accomplish, providing the weather cooperates :)
